November 6 -10, 2020 is the 26th Scientific Symposium for the World Professional Association for Transgender Health. (WPATH). While the symposium is geared towards professionals (physicians, nurses and psychologists) there are online resources available to all.
In Canada there is Egale.

Human Rights Campaign - an online American resource with the goal statement “to ensure that every LGBTQ person is free to live their life openly, with their equal rights ensured”.
