I have completed Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of British Columbia in 2003. As part of my professional journey, I have worked both in private orthopedic practice and in-hospital acute and outpatient care settings. From 2007, I have focused clinical interest mainly on the pelvic floor and abdominal dysfunction, both female and male, pregnancy and postpartum health and paediatric clients.

Presently I work at On The Coast Physio, with the clinic locations both in Sechelt and in Vancovuer, BC. Home visits are also available both on Sunshine Coast, BC and in Vancouver, BC.

In the past I have worked at the BC Centre for Vulvar Health at Vancouver General Hospital, Vancouver, BC; the incontinence clinics at BC Women’s Hospital and Burnaby Hospital, the Prostate Cancer Supportive Care at VGH, Dayan Physiotherapy and Pelvic Floor Clinic (now Envision Physio) and Reformotiv Physio + Pilates; which provided me with an ongoing challenge and learning opportunities.

When not working with the clients, I enjoy my family, hiking, time spent both on the Sunshine Coast and in Vancouver, and company of my dog.
